Social and issues about difference in life expectancy. 14 year difference in life expectancy between uneducated black and educated white males. In the UK there is still a big difference between educated and uneducated people. There is some risk behaviors that drive it. Some are socieconomic factors.
Need to find and monitor more to find when disease develop. Clinically we are catching people late in disease.
Need to monitor earlier and develop models (bio) that allow disease development to be understood.
