The population of the U.S. grew 9.7 percent to 308,745,538 (2010 census) since 2000.
Texas will gaining four seats in the house of representatives.
Florida will gain two seats.
Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, South Carolina, Utah and Washington will each gain one seat.
Ohio will lose two seats.
New York will lose two seats.
Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey and Pennsylvania will each lose one seat.
