More information about the Raytheon XOS 2 exoskeleton
XOS 2 is lighter, stronger and faster than its predecessor, yet it uses 50 percent less power, and its new design makes it more resistant to the environment. The suit uses up to 3.5 kilowatts of power. Reducing 47% of the suite weight will reduce power demands.
Energy consumption needs to get down to one kilowatt or less and the hydraulics need to be even more efficient.
