Bloomberg – Apple is developing new iPhone designs including 4.7 and 5.5 inch screens with curved glass and enhanced sensors that can detect different levels of pressure, said a person familiar with the plans. It is expected that the new iPhone 6 versions will be released in September of 2014

Samsung Galaxy S5 in first three months of 2014
Samsung is expected to have 2K displays inside its flagship handsets in 2014 which would equate to a pixel density of around 560ppi on a 5-inch panel.
Most high-end handsets released in 2013 had 2GB of RAM, Snapdragon 800 chipsets and 1080p displays.
The Apple iphone 5S has the 64-bit A7 processor and it has been topping many CPU benchmark tests.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 is expected to have 64 bit chips from ARM or the 64-bit Exynos Octa eight-core chip.
The Galaxy S5 should have 3 or 4 Gigabytes of RAM and a 15 megabit camera.
Both Samsung and Apple should have 128 bit chips for their smartphones in 2015
