NASA Innovative Advanced Concepts (NIAC) had their 2016 symposium on August 23-25, 2016.

Cryogenic surface materials that reflect light and would emit heat and get to temperatures for taking liquid oxygen to Mars. No other cooling is needed.

The new solar white paint is 100 times better than existing space white paint.
