Amazon added $128 to its share to price to reach $1100 on Friday. This was a gain of 13%.
Amazon’s third-quarter revenue increased 34% year over year. But this included $1.3 billion in sales from Whole Foods Market. Without these sales, revenue increased 29% year over year to $42.4 billion.
Amazon is worth $529 billion.

Hoarding wealth and herding it into investments are opposite things. You obviously know nothing of Gates investments.
Gates is just hoarding his wealth, which has been herded into conventional investments. He’s not trying to usher in anything new – he’s too conservative, and not a dreamer or a risk-taker. He’s probably the kind of guy who’d invest in life extension, though.
