The SpaceX Falcon Heavy will be able to launch 63.8 tons to low earth orbit. SpaceX will try a first launch on February 6, 2018.

The SpaceX Falcon Heavy would nearly match the launch capacity of the first versions of the Space Launch System which will cost another $4-5 billion over two years on top of the $11 billion already spent to get to a first launch.
