Tesla Semi’ is a heavy-duty all-electric truck program at Tesla led by Jerome Guillen, Tesla’s former Model S Program Director and VP of Vehicle Engineering. The Semi can reach a claimed 500 miles per charge and is projected to be far cheaper to operate than regular diesel truck.
