India fastest growing large economy with 7.2% GDP growth

India’s GDP grew 7.2% in the third quarter, surpassing expectations. India is the fastest growing large country. The rebound puts India GDP growth higher than China. The rebound is from better industrial activity, especially manufacturing and construction, and an expansion in agriculture.

Ethiopia is the fastest-growing economy in 2017, according to the World Bank’s latest edition of Global Economic Prospects. Ethiopia’s GDP is forecast to grow by 8.3% in 2017.
