Steve Ditko, the comicbook co-creator of Spiderman and Dr. Strange has died.
Steve Ditko was found dead in his apartment on June 29 and it is believed he died about two days earlier.
Ditko helped created the main Spiderman villains Vulture, Doctor Octopus, Sandman, the Lizard and Green Goblin.
The most recent Dr. Strange movie used visuals that tried to replicate the visuals that Ditko created in the comics.
Stan Lee and Steve Ditko introduced the cosmic character Eternity, who personified the universe and was depicted as a silhouette whose outlines are filled with the cosmos.
Dormammu and Baron Mordo were also co-created by Stan Lee and Ditko.
