SpaceX completed one successful launch two days ago and readies for another tomorrow

The SpaceX Falcon 9 and Iridium-7 went vertical earlier today on the SpaceX launch pad at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California. Weather is 90% favorable for tomorrow’s launch at 4:39 a.m. PDT, 11:39 UTC.

SpaceX just had one successful launch two days ago. They launched a Falcon 9 block 5, deployed the satellite and landed the first stage.

  1. SpaceX will get a chance to catch fairing halves on this launch. There is no catcher ship on the east coast. Once the bugs are worked out, Canaveral will get one.
