  1. Online casinos are a rapidly developing industry. But not all of them are honest and reliable. In order not to lose money and time in an unreliable casino, it is better to read first https://worstcasinoreviews.ca . There are many sites where you can read reviews of the worst online casinos. These websites have independent and honest casino reviews that will help you make an informed decision before playing at a particular casino.

  2. Nah, this is just a weird result of classifying Macau as a separate “country”. It isn’t a full country with a full national economy, it is just a city, and not even including the outer suburbs. So you are comparing the center of an (admittedly economically vibrant) city to full nations with their rural areas and poorer suburban populations. Comparing apples to orange trees. The apples have a much higher % of food content. Big surprise, because the orange tree includes all the trunk and branches and roots. Imagine, if you will, if the US revolutionary war finished with the British refusing to hand back control of Manhattan to the rebels. Instead, Manhattan is a separate part of the British Commonwealth, as classified as a separate country. But in practice it is still the center of New York City. Would that make Manhattan the highest per capita GDP nation? Well on paper, yes. In reality it’s just the center of NYC, which in turn is just the city part of the North East USA. That’s the actual economy that you need to compare. Another historical possibility is that the “City of London” (which is a separate administrative region now comprising the center of London). The City of London was, in English history, often acting as an independent power center. It’s perfectly possible that the UK could have ended up as the United Kingdom of England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the City of London. Would that actually be meaningful now that the lines on the map make COL the 2nd richest per capita nation in the world (Just behind Manhattan?) And they all get eclipsed once the Peoples Duchy of Bundesbank overthrows the yoke of their German oppressors anyway.
