This is the first time an SEC Chairman has spoken at a crypto event on regulation and the future of blockchain technology, and Cox’s keynote will be for attendees only and not streamed online with the rest of the Summit.

At StartEngine’s last Summit, held this past April 20th, over 1,000 entrepreneurs and crypto enthusiasts attended the day-long event, which included over 40 panelists, 7 keynotes, and 12 ICO pitches. Speakers included Vinny Lingham (Civic), Ryan Singer (Chia), David Moss (StrongBlock), Josh Stein (Harbor), investor Gil Penchina, and venture capitalist Mark Suster.
