I suspect working a line in a tent in the winter is going to be one ugly experience. Also, I think it’s at minimum two more lines are needed and more likely three since it took three lines to pull off 5K cars/week.
We’ll see… maybe yes, maybe no… I have my doubts about them actually having any of the things identified as necessary above to pull it off with the possible exception of the production lines which are on order (but where are they going to put them and who will work on them???) However, according to Bloomberg, Tesla’s battery partner Panasonic thinks it can swoop in and help boost production to a combined 35 gigawatt-hours to help eliminate that bottleneck.
