Kim would put nuclear production capability as part of negotiations. A path to the goal of complete denuclearization could be created.

North Korea could be willing to see its nuclear production facilities dismantled permanently. Yes, Kim would keep existing nuclear weapons for a while.

The latest statistics show that, despite sanctions evasion in multiple quarters, North Korean trade was down as much as half in 2018 compared to 2017.

Stabilization of North Korea With No Nuclear Production and Re-integration with South Korea

South Korea’s people and leadership want to continue on a path of re-integration.
