Elon Musk has tweeted pictures of the completed raptor engines that will be installed on the Starhopper.
SpaceX is preparing to fire the Starship Raptor engines in Texas.
They have made a 200-ton thrust engine. They will then make two different optimized engines.
There is not any dual bell engines.
The Raptor engine is full flow staged combustion cycle.

Initially making one 200 metric ton thrust engine common across ship & booster to reach the moon as fast as possible. Next versions will split to vacuum-optimized (380+ sec Isp) & sea-level thrust optimized (~250 ton).
