Good idea, Bryan. Maybe in a few years. I’m keeping my powder dry for now, holding “cash”, and income producing property.
I’m of an opinion that, the only thing propping up both the stock, and bond markets is the zero interest rate policy(considering inflation) of the federal reserve. Only the fed knows when that will end, and only the banks favored by the FR, and connected officials will be informed in time to protect themselves ahead of the end of ZIRP.
