  8. you should probably do a sleep study under both the influence of the CBDs and without. Good sleep is one of the most healthful things you can get, but if you take something like ambien, your body is only knocked out, and you DON’T get any health effects from it.

  9. I started experimenting with CBD a few months ago. I can’t tell any effect when I am awake but it makes me sleep like a baby. If I take some before bed I am all but guaranteed to wake up in the exact same position I went to sleep in which for me is quite unusual.
