Remarkably, Trump seems to have a better grasp on what he can tweet without getting into trouble.
Note: Driving millions of people into insane frothing rage is not “getting into trouble” if they can’t do anything except tweet back harmlessly. Whereas crossing the line for a technical violation of the SEC rules IS “getting into trouble” if you are operating under their jurisdiction.
