  1. Look when I was a kid Marvel/DC was sacred, but I grew up and accepted the characters/scenarios for what they are.

    Funnybook stories for kids.

They work at that level. Not with all the modern crappola stuffed into them.

To say nothing of pc wokeness.

  2. Someone has different tastes than you, therefore they are

man-babies stuck in perpetual adolescence and unsophisticate Chinese peasantry

Well if that’s your attitude you will find much in this world to upset you.

  3. Great effects too. HongKong cinema did more with scraps than Hollywood with gdp of small countries.

  4. OK, here is the problem.
All these movies are purile dreck.

They all have these ham-fisted self-serious narratives weaving through them, which distracts from the fun of rock-men shooting lava outta there butts.

Then the rock-men shooting lava outta there butts parts aren’t even enjoyable, for all the underwhelming ps2 CG effects.

Who are these movies for? I can only surmise, man-babies stuck in perpetual adolescence and unsophisticate Chinese peasantry.

This genre can be done well, but certainly not in Hollywood. Look at Black Mask 2 for for a ‘comic book’ movie which accepts itselfs absurd premise, while balancing in it’s more serious elements.

  5. Marvel has become a multicult propaganda machine. Now we are going to have a female Thor and black girl Iron Man. Count me out. If they want to do this stuff then create new characters but quit butchering the heros I grew up with,

  6. Oh great. Now you’ve given them a challenge.

How about, exactly like the last film, but they are all sexswapped? And the plot revolves around the hollywood viewpoint on some parochial Californian political issue that wasn’t even current by the time the movie is released? And the dog dies in the end?

  7. You didn’t like the power puff girls segway?…….I swear to god if you watch it in IMAX 3D you see Carrie Fisher flying around in the background….little known fact.

  8. Superhero movies are getting old,. But it is easy for no talent writers to just get stories from comic books

  9. I’ll wait and see what they come up with, but the “wokeness” of Endgame is not promising.
