NASA astronauts Shane Kimbrough and Megan McArthur, along with JAXA (Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency) astronaut Akihiko Hoshide, and ESA (European Space Agency) astronaut Thomas Pesquet aboard the SpaceX Crew Dragon have arrived at the International Space Station.

Crew-2 joins Expedition 65 crew of crew of Shannon Walker, Michael Hopkins, Victor Glover, and Mark Vande Hei of NASA, as well as Soichi Noguchi of JAXA and Roscosmos cosmonauts Oleg Novitskiy and Pyotr Dubrov.

Wow! It is awesome that I could comment as a guest by the way. I have been reading NBF for some time but was always lazy to create an account. So happy to be able to put my two cents in. I also appreciate reading comments by the site regulars – they are very knowledgeable for the most part. I will personally not be commenting that much as I am not so knowledgeable. But there will be some other guests. So perhaps it will be a good idea to have the guests remember a 4 or 5 digit password to comment. Not sure if such a feature is possible but that would be nice.

This is just temporary, right? Not all of the 11 people are going to stay in orbit for months… So I guess that really does not count.
For a few days. Crew-1 will return next Wednesday.
But it feels like back on the Shuttle days, where they could have such bigger crews.
And soon, the ISS will no longer be big enough for the amount of people going there.
