SpaceX is building a second Mechazilla launch tower and has stacked two of the nine modules. The launch tower is about 469 feet tall or about 45 stories. Each of the modules is about 30 feet tall. Felix Schlang and the What About It? Youtube channels have excellent coverage of the second SpaceX tower.
The segments are being stacked every 2 to 5 days apart.
Modules 4 and 5 have piping and electronics which will take more time.
The chopstick arms will be placed on top which will also require more time.

The Starship 30 heat shield has been completely installed. They added an ablative layer below upgraded heat shield tiles.
The new tiles are twice as strong as the old heat shield.
The previous orbital launch had a heat shield failure.
