The comments regarding regulatory interference are typically overblown on this forum. How many launches were delayed due to this 16 day grounding? SpaceX has been able to be very successful within the current regulatory environment and will continue to do so.
they were doing one every 2.6 days. So about 4-5 launches were delayed.
Unlike most launch providers, SpaceX have the capability to catch that up over a month.
While the safety record of the falcon 9 is record breaking, it is not enough.
As the number of flights increases, the safety margins also must improve, the airlines went through this same issue over the past 100 years, now it’s the space liners turn.
I think they are going through it Bob. Certainly SpaceX more than any other provider of launch services have done more to make space flight routine.
