Uber will help finance drivers to get 100,000 EVs from BYD.
They will target Europe and Latin America and will also expand to markets including the Middle East, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. They will also work together to develop future BYD autonomous vehicles. Uber will provide drivers with pricing and financing for BYD cars on the Uber platform.
The Uber drivers will get fleet pricing. Uber also has a program to help finance and discount for Uber drivers to help drivers buy Tesla.

There’s a big difference between being able to “predict” a production number, and make it happen. It’s also SOP, to “talk big”, and hope you don’t fall so well below such numbers, you don’t look, well, silly. Historically, many companies who “shot for the moon”, and missed, were delegated as “silly”, and were not around for very long. Those who never tried, were never remembered at all. IMO? Take your best shot. I’d rather be thought as silly, though I tried.
