I project it is possible that xAI will release more major models in 2025. This is based on the fast construction and expansion of xAI data centers. There is also the new improvement of reasoning models via DeepSeek R1 open source model. The reasoning improvements could already be tested at xAI but there will likely be more experimentation and more small models made by all companies.
