Nvidia is the First $4 Trillion Company

Nvidia became the world’s first $4 trillion company with a surge in share price in the morning. The shares have since eased off for a $3.97 trillion valuation.

NVIDIA’s most recent quarterly stock guidance for the remainder of fiscal 2026 is as follows:

For the second quarter of fiscal 2026 (ending July 2025), NVIDIA management guided to revenue of $45.0 billion, plus or minus 2%

This guidance reflects the impact of U.S. export restrictions, with management noting an expected loss of approximately $8.0 billion in H20 revenue due to these new controls.

For Q2 FY26 gross margin is expected to be 72.0%, plus or minus 50 basis points, with management reiterating their goal to reach gross margins in the mid-70% range later in the year.

Q1 FY26 revenue was $44.1 billion, up 12% sequentially, despite a $4.5 billion charge related to H20 inventory and purchase obligations following new export licensing requirements.

Q4 FY25 revenue was $39.3 billion, with non-GAAP EPS of $0.89.

Analysts have forecasted:Fiscal 2026: Expected earnings per share (EPS) of $3.98, a 43.2% increase from $2.77 in fiscal 2025.
Beyond 2026: EPS projections rise to $4.92 in fiscal 2027 and $6.26 in fiscal 2028.
