Elon Musk Trillionaire Pay Package if He Makes Millionaire Shareholders

Tesla is just over $1 trillion now but if Elon Musk can achieve all 12 levels of his pay package the company will be $8.5 trillion. He does not start getting paid until he nearly doubles the stock to $619.

If you get 400-500 shares now for about $130000, he will make you a millionaire and just wants a 12% tip. You do not pay $10,000 until he makes you the first $120,000. He turns your $130,000 into $250,000 before he gets paid.

1: $619 ($2T)
2: $802 ($2.59T)
3: $985 ($3.18T)
4: $1168 ($3.77T)
5: $1351 ($4.36T)
6: $1536 ($4.95T)
7: $1719 ($5.54T)
8: $1902 ($6.13T)
9: $2085 ($6.72T)
10: $2268 ($7.31T)
11: $2451 ($7.9T)
12: $2634 ($8.49T)

Operational Milestones
Product Goals

20 Million Tesla Vehicles Delivered
10 Million Active FSD Subscriptions
1 Million Bots Delivered
1 Million Robotaxis in Commercial Operation

Adjusted EBITDA Milestones

$50 Billion of Adjusted EBITDA
$80 Billion of Adjusted EBITDA
$130 Billion of Adjusted EBITDA
$210 Billion of Adjusted EBITDA
$300 Billion of Adjusted EBITDA
$400 Billion of Adjusted EBITDA
$400 Billion of Adjusted EBITDA
$400 Billion of Adjusted EBITDA

Elon will have to take Adjust EBITDA up to an average of $12.5 billion per quarter or nearly 4 times more than current levels to hit the first Adjusted EBITDA milestone.
He will have to take it up to $100 billion per quarter to get the last milestones.

The adjusted EBITDA target is almost five times as much as the 12 month Adjusted EBITDA for NVIDIA and would be about three times any other company than Microsoft or Saudi Aramco.

  1. He has 10 years to deliver this, according to the very detailed description on X: https://x.com/CernBasher/status/1963931449469645006
    I posted on X:
“@elonmusk recently said he would put the merging of Xai, which is part of @X now, with @Tesla to a vote on X. So, shareholders should probably start thinking how much X/Grok contributes to Tesla’s future bottom line.
Also, as others have pointed out, inflation will boost share price considerably over 10 years. Near term because of Trump’s insistence on lowering rates by the current & especially future Fed chair, whomever that will be, inflation is unlikely to go below 3-4% during the remainder of his term. Long term, the U.S. will likely try to climb out its gigantic debt hole as it did in the 1970s, through inflation, blamed on other factors, of course.
The operational factors will be much harder to goose. I doubt Musk will get beyond Traunch 4 before he either ages out, runs out of time (a market crash will hit tech stocks like Tesla will be especially hard, just as a growing market will boost it even faster), or simply decides/is forced to focus on other ventures like so many Tech titans before him: Gates, Bezos, Elison, Jobs (died).”

  2. Does anyone have any time line predictions for WHEN these milestones will be met?
I think the first 4 milestones should be done before 2030. The rest depends on how good the robots are. If they are silent, have human level mobility, have dexterous fingers, strong arms, are quick learning, and have conversational speech in most languages then the next 8 milestones could take 4-7 additional years.

  3. Isn’t this just going to be subject to another minority stockholder lawsuit, and enjoined yet again by a court in Delaware? He’s not had a good track record with these pay packages actually getting paid out, the Delaware Court of Chancery really doesn’t like him.

      • Ah, I hadn’t realized that, because last I heard the Delaware court was still messing with Tesla’s operations.
