TESLA FSD 14.2 Could Rocket Shares to $700 by Christmas

Tesla and Elon Musk’s announced Full Self-Driving (FSD) version 14 starts rolling out next week – sept 29-Ocit 2), followed by 14.1 in mid-October (a debugging/polishing update after internal employee testing revealed fixes needed for its “big changes”), and 14.2 in 4-10 weeks (late November to early December). FSD 14.2 is described as the sublime iteration that significantly reduces nags and could be capable of unsupervised driving. Full autonomy gets close with 14.2 but it involves data gathering, legal and regulatory decisions.

There will be delays in the full market reaction.

The Tesla share price over the next few months is analyzed in detail.

  1. To set the table, I wrote-in Pat Paulsen for president in 2024.

244.6 million Americans were legally eligible to vote in 2024.

    ~66% actually voted.

In 2024 trump recieved less than half of the total votes cast for president. (49.8%)

He recieved ~32% of the total eligible voters votes.

So, ~73% of voting eligible Americans did not choose trump for president.

    Most Americans didn’t want him.

Voter turnout during midterms is generally much, much lower.

The 2026 midterms are about 10,000 news cycles away, so trying to predict the outcome is like trying to frost an un-baked cake.

Yes, Texas did do an off-census-year redistricting to remove Democrat representatives — at Trump’s urging because, “If you can’t earn their vote, make their vote not matter.”

The administration itself recognizes the likelihood of losing the House, and maybe the Senate.

California then, in response, redristricted to balance out the lost Texas Dem seats.

    So far, a wash.

If the Dems take control of either, there will be a snowstorm of supeanas for everyone whose name you’ve heard in the political and business news since 2024.

Funding for anything Musk-related will be scrutinized.

I wish Musk could just lay-off the hard drugs, shut his mouth, and stick to his own businesses.

    Tl;DR:

None of this BS would be happening if Pat Paulsen were President.

  2. The Democrats in control of the House won’t matter very much to Musk’s businesses. Just as he could reconcile with Trump after lot’s of acrimony he can reconcile with Democrats (he was a Democrat until a couple years ago and became a Billionaire in Cali.

There is chaos in a meme/ideology/news cycle sense and Trump is causing much of it, yet the economy is doing surprisingly well.

The economic consequences of the Singularity are real. This isn’t all about crazy things people or bots post on social media. You can choose to invest in the Singularity or not. Markets are where the most powerful people in the world have most of their wealth. They are better protected from chaos than it might seem. It comes down to what you do in the market, not what chaos does to it.

  3. Democrats will take control of the House in the next election.

If Johnson doesn’t lead a coup after the election, Musks business will fall apart. He will be called to testify before Congress.

Everything he has touched will become lava.

Markets aren’t concerned about reality, or your portfolio.

Nothing matters in a world of chaos — and Electorial chaos is coming.

You are a paper tiger, walking confidently into a forest fire.

Play the market at your own risk, but, please, don’t hold the hands of children, to lead them into that fire.

This was a site dedicated to the wonders of potential futures. Now it’s a site to hype specific stocks.

    I’ll stay. It’s who I am.

I don’t give up just because the head winds are strong.

But, what ever became of dreams?

    • I’ve seen learned opinions that the Republican majority in the House will increase in the 2026 election. Mostly due to redistricting in a handful of Red States. But, my guess is that the electorate will respond to the removal of 1.6 million illegals — a larger promise that is being fulfilled. Plus, the introduction of law and order to places like D.C. and Portland.

    • Brian, I posted this without editing it first for tone.

I see now I was bit too personal.

      For that, my apologies.

My main points I still believe but, I wasn’t being tactful in expressing them.
