There is also very fast growth in hundreds of small companies and that revenue growth is faster than SAAS (software as a service).
XAI did not have much revenue in 2024 but it has made substantial gains in 2025 and is integrated with X. xAI is boosting X revenue and retention. By mid-2025, xAI has scaled dramatically, reaching an estimated $3.2 billion in annualized revenue (with X integration), and a standalone run-rate of around $500 million.
