Grok-1.5 is XAI latest model capable of long context understanding and advanced reasoning. Grok-1.5 will be available to our early testers and existing Grok users on the đť•Ź platform in the coming days.
Grok 1.5 will be close to GPT4 capability. Grok 2 is in training and reportedly better than GPT4 and Claude 3.
One of the most notable improvements in XAI Grok-1.5 is its performance in coding and math-related tasks. In tests, Grok-1.5 achieved a 50.6% score on the MATH benchmark and a 90% score on the GSM8K benchmark, two math benchmarks covering a wide range of grade school to high school competition problems. Additionally, it scored 74.1% on the HumanEval benchmark, which evaluates code generation and problem-solving abilities.
Elon Musk revealed two key points about Grok:
1. Grok 1.5 should be available on X this upcoming week
2. Grok 2 is in training and will “exceed current AI on all metrics" https://t.co/YlkBb72RKa

I just asked Grok what his current version is and he told me he is 2.0. I asked when he was updated and he told me April 6th.
May be a difference between Grok’s version number and Musk’s version numbering.
