SpaceX has successfully reused a faring and they have another successful launch of 60 Starlink Satellites. If they are able to use the v0.9 satellites then they have enough satellites for minor global coverage. Otherwise the next launch in May will get them the minimum for to start testing or operating at minimum levels the global network.
