Elon Musk posted that Tesla will offer a mod package that enables Cybertruck to traverse at least 100 meters of water as a boat. This will mostly just need to upgrade cabin door seal. The Cybertruck will also have software controls to use air pressure to keep water away from the battery pack.

For 100 meters, you probably don’t need a propeller or jet system, just use the wheels as inefficient paddle wheels. We’re not talking here about making the cybertruck into an actual amphibious vehicle, after all, just enabling it to traverse short distances of water in emergencies.
