Pika Lipsync and T2 Remake are examples of the rapid progress in AI Video tools. We will get TV show and movie length generation of AI videos this year.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. 2024 is the year AI video goes crazy.
Lightricks just unveiled @LTXStudio, a platform that allows you to go from video idea to completed video completely with AI… Like full length videos, with multiple generated scenes, consistent… pic.twitter.com/1T9d7k1AJy

In my 2024 predictions video, I made a comment that I don't think AI is going to be creating full length shows and films this year… 30-60 minute stories that were coherent and enjoyable won't be available this year.
I was wrong. The next 2-months will be wild. 😉

Why go and see a movie when an AI can create a movie of a book directly?
Why not have each chapter of Dune be an AI generated show. The user can even pick the style of the movie they want (Dune in a western motif with specific characters in different styles, Paul as an Anime character, etc).
Hollywood needs to get in on the AI revolution and not stand in the way.
Studios should sell the likeness of favorite actors (audio and visual representation).
Marilyn Monroe as hip goth character would be interesting.

One advantage that Hollywood still has is the rights to certain properties and the money to market them and the legal muscle to protect them.
Hollywood and entertainment is dead as we know it. UMove will become the new UTube. As the phone apps delve into this realm, everybody will become a producer.
