Infrastructure plan could have $200 billion in projects and de-regulation that could clear the way for Hyperloops

Within the next two weeks, the White House could unveil an infrastructure proposal. It is believed to have at least $200 billion in infrastructure projects over the next decade and would incentivize an additional $800 billion in state and local funding. Trump predicted the proposal would easily garner bipartisan support.

The infrastructure plan could also have de-regulation and eminent domain (forced sale of private land) to clear the way for what could be Hyperloop and other projects.

Elon Musk conceived of a hyperloop system that would have an average speed of around 600 mph (970 km/h), with a top speed of 760 mph (1,200 km/h).
