This might be one of the best uses of LLMs. It’s interesting that they’re using several different methods to make the characters have state, and to only reveal clues after the player has reached certain milestones. It’s possible they could actually engineer these things to be enjoyable characters to interact with. It will be very interesting to watch this develop.
