Last Friday, November 10th the B-21 Raider took flight for the first time from its Palmdale California facility. Youtuber, Pilot Photog, provides analysis and new renderings based upon the video and photos from the first flight of the B-21.
The backend of the B-21 Stealth bomber shows that it was not adjusted for low-altitude bombing like the B-2 bomber. The B-21 is optimized for high-altitude bombing.
The air-inlets have been greatly improved on the B-21 versus the old B-2 bomber. This is a key area of radar detection and they have made them as low-profile as possible.
