Elon is developing artificial intelligence (OpenAI) with one of the goals being a robotic butler.
Tony Stark (Iron Man) does develop artificial intelligence and a robotic Jarvis artificial intellgence. Jarvis is his assistant. In the comics a human Jarvis is his butler.
Tony Stark is a technology billionaire and so is Elon Musk
Tony Stark originally made his money from selling advanced weapons. Elon Musk made his money from an internet companies (Zip2 and then X.com which merged to become part of PayPal.com) and his electric car company and his solar power company and his rocket company.
Elon is not developing exoskeletons or robotic armor.
Elon Musk had a cameo in Iron Man 2. Since he and Tony Stark are together then he is not Tony Stark but a Bond villain.
