Tesla had registered a total of 61,843 Model 3 VINs in October.
Elon Musk noted that a ramp to 7,000 Model 3 per week should be doable just by optimizing its existing lines.
To date, 69,712 dual motor VINs have been registered w/ NHTSA (excl. test batches). This represents ~56% of all VINs registered (123,551) since AWD registrations began on 6/28.
